All products are shipped via FedEx at a fixed shipping charge for anywhere in the United States (except for Alaska and Hawaii). Next day, Second Day, and Saturday delivery is available in most areas at additional cost. Products are shipped frozen in insulated polyfoam coolers, kept cold with dry ice--we guarantee safe delivery.
Please choose priority mail when choosing Saturday delivery.
Standard orders received by 9:00 pm ET are generally shipped the next business day. Next Day, Second Day orders received by 9:00 am ET are usually shipped the same business day. Saturday orders are shipped on Friday. Orders received after 9:00 am ET are usually shipped the next business day (see the special note regarding West Coast shipments). Business days include Monday through Friday. On Fridays we only ship for Saturday delivery, or Next Day for Monday delivery. Deliveries on Mondays are restricted to Next Day upgrades shipped Friday.
Arrival time for Standard orders is 1-10 days, depending on destination and when the order has been received. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates unless the Second Day, Next Afternoon or Saturday upgrade option is specified at checkout, and the additional charges accepted.
Our couriers are very reliable; however, our delivery responsibility is limited to consigning the shipment to the courier in accordance with the above stated policies. The carrier may leave the package at the doorstep unless you request us not to. The carrier's statement that the package has been left at the door constitutes proper delivery.
Please check your order carefully. Neither My Perfect Cheesecake nor our carrier can be held responsible for delivery delays or failures due to address errors.
West Coast Shipments
Orders for delivery in AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT and WA require 4 transit days. In order to prevent transit over weekends, standard delivery is restricted to Mondays and Tuesdays. We recommend Second Day or Next Day shipment upgrades for those areas.
